Michael Rosinski

Chief Executive Officer

Micheal Rosinki - Executive Vice PresidentMichael Rosinski is the Chief Executive Officer of Astoria Software. Mr. Rosinski has led a dynamic 25-year career as a technology executive in the enterprise application software industry. Before joining Astoria, Michael was a founding member of American Software's management team, where he was EVP of Sales - growing revenues to over $100M and responsible for the company being named to "Forbes Best 200 Small Companies." At American, Michael completed one of the first IPOs in the ERP market segment, and later was responsible for the company's successful spin-off IPO of Logility, Inc. in the supply chain management (SCM) space. Michael also served as SVP of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Avolent, where he grew sales over 140%. Prior to Avolent, Michael leveraged his international experience as President of Augeo Software, a French/Dutch company in the professional services automation (PSA) space. Under his direction, the company instituted marketing, sales, and funding partnerships with J.D. Edwards, Daimler Chrysler, and ABN Amro resulting in Augeo being named by Computerworld as one of the "Top 100 Companies to Watch in 2000." Michael also held key executive positions at Nestle USA and Johnson & Johnson. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Rider University and has completed graduate M.B.A. study at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Don Vale

Vice President, Product Development

Don Vale - Vice President - Product DevelopmentDon Vale, Vice President of Product Development at Astoria Software since its inception, has more than 25 years of software engineering experience. During his tenure as a manager and engineer at Xerox Corporation, he was responsible for the team that created the Astoria content management software. He also held the position of vice president of development of Internet products for ANN Systems. Prior to this, Vale was a programmer for Informatics and UCLA. Vale earned a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and a master's degree in Computer Science from UCLA.

Dan Ortega

Vice President of Marketing

Dan Ortega - Vice President MarketingDan Ortega is Vice President of Marketing for Astoria Software, where he is responsible for product marketing, product management, and marketing communications. Dan brings over 22 years of technology marketing experience to this position, having previously served as VP of Marketing for a series of successful start-ups, including content management companies such as Metacode Technologies (acquired by Interwoven). Dan has also held senior level international marketing positions with expansion stage companies such as Centigram Communications, and Fortune 500 companies including Sun Microsystems and Wang Labs. Dan did his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan, and his graduate studies at Southern Methodist University.

Alan I. Fraser

Chairman of the Board

Alan I Fraiser - President & CEOJoining Astoria as President and CEO in January 2006, and promoted to Chairman in December of 2007, Alan Fraser is a seasoned senior executive and serial entrepreneur. Fraser has nearly 30 years of experience in executive roles in both public and private high-technology companies. His background includes functional expertise covering general management, product development, marketing, distribution, sales, operations and finance; Alan's industry experience ranges from telecommunications to semiconductors to software applications & solutions. Alan's mission at Astoria is to scale rapidly for success. Most recently he was President & CEO of Vertical Networks, prior to that he served in President & CEO roles at DigitalLink and MicroUnity. Alan held several key executive positions at Nortel where he began his high-technology executive career. Alan is a member of the Certified General Accountant's Association of Canada 1979 (CPA equivalent in U.S.).
