Astoria Software Promotes Gary Belonzi To Vice President of Sales

Seasoned Sales Executive will focus on unprecedented adoption of SaaS-based XML Content Management; Astoria names new Director of Global Operations

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – June 12, 2008 – Astoria Software, the market leader in On-Demand dynamic publishing solutions, announces the promotion of Gary Belonzi to Vice President of Sales. As a member of Astoria Software's executive team, Mr. Belonzi will focus on expanding the company's customer base of Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Belonzi will report to Michael Rosinski, Chief Executive Officer.

Since joining Astoria Software in October 2006, Mr. Belonzi has been Regional Sales Director covering the US East Coast. In that position, he drove the adoption of Astoria On-Demand, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) XML Content Management solution. His leadership led to the largest SaaS content management solution sale with a global Fortune 500 manufacturer. Mr. Belonzi's background spans more than 28 years in technology sales, marketing and consulting services covering graphics technology, knowledge management and content management.

"SaaS-based XML Content Management is red-hot, and Gary has been a key contributor in our sales momentum," said Michael Rosinski, CEO. "In his new position, Gary gives us an increased capability to address increased customer adoption for a viral application." Due to Astoria's expanding revenue growth, the company announced the creation of a new role, Director of Global Operations, and named Eric Kuhnen to this position. Mr. Kuhnen was formerly Director of Product Management. In his new role, he will oversee product management, Astoria On-Demand operations, and sales support activities.
